MANOU - GRENACHE NOIR AND CARIGNAN
Wine with great freshness obtained from Grenache Noir and Carignan from vineyards in the north of Montsant. The blend of Grenache and Carignan allows for a balance between the acidity and power of the Grenache. The harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation with the grapes' own yeasts for 24 days until all the sugars in the grapes are consumed. Aging in barrels for 2 months and with its lees for 6 months.
Deep purple wine with medium violet reflections. The nose dominates above all notes of fruit, black and red acid fruit such as raspberry. In the background, there are also the spicy notes of Carignan with touches of Mediterranean herbs. Once opened, notes of minerals and licorice appear. Grenache brings subtle and slightly more mature notes of fruit, cherry and plum. The presence of wood is very well integrated and evolves over time in the glass. Wine with marked personality and with arms wide open to share. A bold and exuberant wine, eager to express and make itself known and above all to be enjoyed. It is a wine with a strong aromatic presence and a lot of complexity.
SIURANA NEGRE - GUARDA WINE FROM MONTSANT NORTH

There are aromas of ripe and sweet strawberry, and a mixture of dry herbal notes with a touch of caramel, which contribute to the complexity and freshness. In the background there are balsamic and spicy notes with memories of an undergrowth in a Mediterranean climate attributed to a good maturation of Grenache and reminiscent of dried fruits and honey. Wine with a journey through the entire mouth, a fair and balanced structure. The aromas explode and toasty sensations appear.
