VINEYARD: El Manou and El Molí are terroirs of the Cornudella valley, between the Montsant and the Gritelles mountains, at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters.

WINEMAKING: Harvested manually in boxes between the end of September and the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation with skins for 16-18 days. It is aged for approximately 12 months in 300 and 225 liter barrels with their lees.
