WINEMAKING: Harvest between the end of September and mid-October manually with boxes. Alcoholic fermentation with skins of 16-18 days. One part is fermented with whole grapes, along with the grape. Co-fermentation of varieties from the same farm. It has a short aging with barrels. Aged with its lees for 6-8 months.
