This wine is crafted from hand-harvested grapes picked in early October. It undergoes micro-vinification with a spontaneous fermentation lasting 28 days at 17°C, using only native yeasts to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. Aged for 12 months in 225-liter barrels on its fine lees, it gains texture, nuance, and depth. The result is a refined, expressive wine that combines natural elegance with a subtle complexity.

This is a white wine for those who seek complexity and structure—one that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a wide range of dishes, from vegetables and fish to white meats. Warm, textural, and mineral, it’s a true expression of its origin in the north of Montsant.
