Sparkling orange sparkling wine from native white grapes of Macabeo from the Cornudella de Montsant valley. Petillant Naturel (Pet-Nat) or Ancestral wine method. Fermentation for 24 days and bottled at density 997 without any intervention or addition. Continues fermenting in the bottle for 3 months before manual disgorging.

Precipitates and cloudiness indicate natural fermentation and the presence of lees. Consume at 8-12 degrees. Contains only grapes without added sulfites, sugars or other products.
