DELIVERY TERMS AND PORTS
CELLER GRITELLES will send the order to the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The corresponding purchase order will be available at VINS DE TALLER, once payment has been confirmed. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.
CELLER GRITELLES will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered.
Delivery time is between 24 and 72 working days.
CELLER GRITELLES will inform the customer of the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending an e-mail. Each delivery is considered made, once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by him. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make any reservations and claims that appear justified. It even has the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if there are clear signs of deterioration. Reservations and complaints should be addressed to CELLER GRITELLES by e-mail to the address found on the CELLER GRITELLES website.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All products sold may be returned for 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act. The customer must first indicate their intention by e-mail. CELLER GRITELLES will respond via another email, specifying the precise instructions for returning the product. Return costs will be borne by the customer. The refund to the customer’s account, as a result of this return, will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by CELLER GRITELLES. The return may not take place under any circumstances if the products supplied have been clearly used. The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer), with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by CELLER GRITELLES with the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by e-mail. In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier to understand that the product to be returned has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer for a period not exceeding 30 days from return.
Packages may not be returned, and there is no attachment to identify the sender (order number, name, address, etc.). The costs and risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees for the returned goods to arrive in perfect condition. CELLER GRITELLES will be able to return the products purchased for the amount of these. Once the returned products have been received, CELLER GRITELLES will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to pay the amount paid, less shipping costs (€ 8, VAT included), regardless of the amount of the returned product. Everyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
