- Shipping costs and timing are provided at checkout and depend on destination.
- Shipment risk transfers to you upon dispatch, unless the product arrives damaged.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales of physical goods, starting 14 days from receipt, without giving reasons or incurring fees—excluding return shipping which is borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Exceptions include perishable items (e.g., wine), services booked for specific dates, or sealed media once opened.
- If goods are faulty or not as described, EU consumers may request repair, replacement, or full refund under a 2-year legal guarantee.
